Beef Salad With Caper And Parsley Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 200 g bag salad leaves | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 175 Gram, halved | |
| 5 roasted red peppers from a jar, cut into strips | ||
| 8-12 slices cooked roast beef | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard | ||
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Olive oil | 5 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a serving platter and arrange the tomatoes, salad leaves and red pepper on it.
2) Place the slices of beef on top of the vegetables.
3) Take a bowl and add the mustard, capers, parsley and rlemon juice along with oil, whisking to mix well.
4) Add the seasoning to it.
SERVING
5) Drizzle the dressing over the beef and serve.
