Beef Roulade In Mushroom Sauce Recipe

| Round steak | 4 Pound, thinly sliced | |
| 4 cups prepared packaged herb seasoned stuffing mix | ||
| Shortening | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cut steak into 16 long pieces; pound with meat hammer.
Place 1/4 cup stuffing on each piece of steak; roll up; fasten with toothpicks.
In large skillet, brown in shortening; pour off fat.
Stir in soup, water.
Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Stir occasionally.
Uncover; cook until desired consistency.
