Ingredients

 Bacon Slices8

 Onion1 Medium, thinly sliced
 Flour1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 T. beef bouillon
 Salt1/2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/8 Tablespoon
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry red wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

On paper plate, layer bacon between toweling.
Microwave 4 to 5 minutes.
Place slice of bacon on each piece of meat.
Divide onion slices among meat slices.
Roll up each slice and fasten with a toothpick.
Coat with flour.
Preheat browning skillet 4 1/2 minutes; add bacon drippings.
Brown meat 1 minute on each side.
Add remaining flour and ingredients; mix lightly.
Cover.
Microwave 10 minutes, turning dish one-half turn after 3 minutes and again after 6 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Microwave another 6 to 8 minutes, turning dish one-quarter turn after 5 minutes of cooking time.
