Beef Ring With Mashed Potatoes Recipe

|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mashed potato buds||28 Ounce (1 package)|
|Cheddar cheese strip||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen green beans/Peas||10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 package)|

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, and seasonings.
Form meat mixture into a ring in 9" pie pan, leaving center large enough for the mashed potatoes.
Bake 30 min.
Prepare potatoes as directed on package for 4 servings.
Remove meat from oven.
(If drippings have accumulated in center, use a baster to remove before adding potatoes.
Drippings may be used for gravy, if desired.) Fill center of ring with potatoes.
Place strips of cheese over potatoes.
Bake 10 min longer, or until cheese melts.
Butter green vegetables and arrange around meat ring.
