Beef Ribs With Mustard Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef ribs | 2 Pound | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Pinch of thyme | ||
| Hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– Dredge each beef rib with mixture of flour and dry mustard.
– In a heavy skillet, heat oil and cook beef ribs a few at a time.
– Place beef ribs in a stove-top casserole dish and season with bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.
– Pour hot water, wine and "old-fashioned" mustard over beef rib mixture and simmer for 1 hour over low heat, half covered, stirring from time to time.
