Beef Ribs With Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Marinade
1/2 Cup (125 ml) ketchup
1 Cup (250 ml) water
1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
20 black peppercorns
Pinch of savory
4 garlic cloves, chopped fine
2 onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
2 lbs (900 g) beef ribs,cross cut
Directions
– In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
– In a large microwave-safe dish, pour marinade over beef ribs, and refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times during marinating process.
– Remove beef ribs from dish and set aside.
– Boil marinade in micro wave at HIGH for 5 minutes.
– Add beef ribs and cook at MEDIUM for 30 minutes.
– Stir once, then cook at MEDIUM for 30 minutes more or until ribs are tender to taste.
