1. Slice the beef ribs from both the sides of the bone, place them in a baking dish.
2. Add garlic cloves, red onion, peppercorn, coriander powder, thyme, coarse salt, Worcestershire sauce and non-alcoholic beer, rub to coat the meat nicely. Cover and marinate for an hour.
3. Grill the meat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked, as desired.
4. Serve in a plate along with slow cooker navy beans & fresh bread.
