Beef Provencale Recipe
Ingredients
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 container Freezer Beef Squares | ||
| 2 small zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices | ||
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Heat tomatoes and garlic powder to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
Break Freezer Beef Squares apart; stir into tomato mixture.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until beef squares are hot, about 10 minutes.
Stir in zucchini and olives.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.
Break Freezer Beef Squares apart; stir into tomato mixture.
