Ingredients
| 1/2 kilo beef | ||
| Red chillies | 6 | |
| 1 tsp. each of cumin seeds and turmeric powder | ||
| Mustard seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Peppercorns | 12 | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch | |
Directions
Wash the mutton in vinegar.
Prick with a fork.
Rub with salt and keep under a heavy weight for 24 hours.
Grind all whole spices in vinegar.
Slice ginger and garlic finely.
Wash the mutton again in vinegar and rub the slices on both the sides with ground masala paste.
Place the slices in layers in a jar.
Sprinkle each layer with ginger, garlic and peppercorns.
Pour sufficient vinegar to cover the whole.
Shake the jar from time to time.
Within a week it will be ready.
To serve deep fry the slices till crisp.
