Beef Patties With Wine Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry red wine | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1/2 Pound, sauteed | |
| French bread slice | 6 , sauteed | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, chopped |
Directions
Mix the beef, cream, onions, salt and pepper and shape into 6 thick patties.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Add the patties and cook to desired doneness, turning once.
Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Mix the cornstarch with broth and add to the skillet.
Add the wine and bring to boiling point.
Add the patties and mushrooms and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Place a patty on each piece of bread and pour sauce over patties.
Sprinkle with parsley.
