Beef Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/2 Small | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Rolled oats | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 c. cracker crumbs | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 1/4 c. thick chili sauce | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place all ingredients except butter and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Shape into patties.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add Worcestershire sauce.
Add the patties and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
