Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350° F
2. Dredge steak in flour mixture and pound to Winch thickness and also cut it into 6 pieces

MAKING
2. Combine first 3 ingredients and mix properly
3. Combine the egg and water, dip steak in this mixture
4. In a large skillet, pour oil and heat the steak, remove and drain it on paper towels
5. On a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, place the steak
7. Then combine tomato sauce, garlic, sugar, and oregano, and pour over steak
8. Finally cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour
9. Once baked completely, then remove from oven, place a cheese slice on each piece of steak, then again return to oven, and bake for 5 minutes

SERVING
10. Serve with cooked vegetables, or serve over pasta, if desired
