Beef On Rye Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato soup | 1 10 3/4 Ounce | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 6 slices rye bread, lightly toasted | ||
| Processed cheese slice | 6 | |
| 12 thin green pepper rings | ||
Directions
Mix 1/3 cup of the soup, beef, onion, salt and pepper together, then spread evenly over toast, covering edges completely.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness.
Top with the cheese, green pepper and remaining soup, then broil until heated through and cheese is melted.
