Beef Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons CRISCO® PURITAN® Oil | ||
| 1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut into thin strips | ||
| 1/4 cup chopped green onions | ||
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken broth | 3 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups cooked vermicelli or very fine egg noodles | ||
Directions
Heat Crisco® Oil in 3-quart saucepan.
Add beef.
Cook and stir over medium-high heat until beef is browned.
Add onions.
Cook, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes or until onions are tender.
Stir in flour.
Add chicken broth and water.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Stir in noodles.
Simmer until soup is heated through.
Add beef.
