Beef Noodle Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 pound beef round, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||
| Butter | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Wide egg noodles | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
Directions
Brown beef on all sides in butter.
Add onion and saute until onion is lightly browned.
Add water to cover and heat to boiling.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Add garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Serve curry over noodles.
