Beef 'N' Broccoli Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 Egg Pasta | ||
| Broccoli florets | 500 Milliliter | |
| Peanut oil | 15 Milliliter | |
| 450 g thin sliced flank steak | ||
| Oyster sauce | 45 Milliliter | |
Directions
Cook the noodles in a large kettle of boiling water.
Drain and transfer to a serving plate, reserve hot.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes.
In a wok or large skillet heat the oil.
Quickly fry the steak in the oil.
Add the broccoli.
Fry for 1 minute.
Add the oyster sauce.
Fry for 1 minute more.
Pour the beef over the noodles and serve at once.
