Spicy Beef Mexican Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| 2 8oz cans Tomato Sauce | ||
| Corn | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chili Powder to Taste | ||
Directions
Fry Onions in oil.
Add Ground Beef, Cook and Stir Until Brown.
Stir in tomato sauce, corn and seasoning then simmer gently about 30 minutes.
Serve with rice, corn bread or hamburger roll.
