Beef Marinated In Bourbon Recipe
Ingredients
| Sirloin tip | 2 Pound | |
| Bourbon | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 12 blanched mushroom caps | ||
| 12 bite-size pieces bok choy (stem only) | ||
| 2 white onions, cut in 4 blanched and sectioned | ||
| Carrots | 2 Large, blanched | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Marinate sirloin in mixture of bourbon, soya sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce for 1 hour.
Drain beef and reserve marinade.
Alternate beef and vegetables on skewers and place on ovenproof platter; brush with oil.
Season skewers generously and broil 4 minutes in oven 4 in (10 cm) from top element.
Turn skewers over once.
Move skewers 6 in (15 cm) from top element; finish broiling another 4 minutes turning skewers once.
Baste with a bit of marinade.
