 2 3-ounce packages lemon-flavored gelatin
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Elbow macaroni1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Corned beef1 12 Ounce, flaked
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water; stir in 1 cup cold water and vinegar.
Add mayonnaise; beat with rotary beater till smooth.
Chill till partially set.
Meanwhile, cook macaroni following package directions; drain.
Fold drained macaroni, corned beef, celery, and onion into gelatin mixture.
Pour into 7 1/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
