Beef Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| 1/2 c. non-dairy coffee creamer | ||
| Egg white | 1 | |
| 1 c. quick-cooking oats | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Catsup | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pack into a 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Score top and pour small amount of additional catsup into scores.
Bake for 10 minutes longer.
