Ingredients

 Beef1 1⁄2 Pound, ground
 Rice1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Sauerkraut1 (canned, drained)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine the beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Arrange alternate layers of the beef mixture and sauerkraut in casserole.
Add water to cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
