| Sirloin steak | 1 pound | |
| 1 large green bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
| 2 medium onions, quartered and separated into bite-size pieces | ||
| 8 ounces medium fresh mushrooms | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 1/2 Pint | |
Directions
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine tomato sauce, brand, sugar, bouillon and thyme; mix well.
Add meat.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Skewer meat with vegetables.
Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
Refrigerate leftovers.
