Beef In Beer Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pounds chuck or round of beef | ||

Directions
Trim all the fat from the beef; cut Into 2-inch cubes.
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven or heavy saucepan; brown the onions and beef in it.
Add the salt, pepper, thyme, beer, sugar and vinegar.
Cover and cook over low heat 1-1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Skim the fat.
