 1 pound round steak or leftover beef, cut in julienne pieces
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Beer1 Can (10oz)
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 package mushroom gravy mix

Directions

Brown beef in butter in skillet.
Add beer, basil, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or until tender.
Stir in gravy mix, and cook 5-7 minutes1
