Easy Beef Beer Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound round steak or leftover beef, cut in julienne pieces | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Beer | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 package mushroom gravy mix | ||
Directions
Brown beef in butter in skillet.
Add beer, basil, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes or until tender.
Stir in gravy mix, and cook 5-7 minutes1
