Ingredients

 2 pounds beef round, 1/4-inch thick
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 1 teaspoon bottled sauce for gravy
 Onions2 Medium, sliced
 Green pepper1 To taste, cut into strips
 3 medium tomatoes, cut into sixths
 1 envelope instant beef-bouillon mix

Directions

About 1 1/2 hours before serving: Cut steak into 6 serving-size pieces.
In Dutch oven, saute steaks in butter until well browned.
Add bottled sauce for gravy, onions, green pepper, tomatoes, bouillon mix and 1 cup water.
Simmer, covered, about 1 hour or until steaks are fork-tender.
Serve with Garlic-Buttered Noodles.
(Pile noodles on heated platter; spoon steaks and sauce into center.)
