Beef Hoagie Recipe
Ingredients
| French bread loaf | 1 | |
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Beef roast | 1/4 pound, thinly sliced | |
| Corned beef | 1/4 pound, thinly sliced | |
| Assorted sliced sandwich meat | ||
| 4 slices American cheese, cut in triangles | ||
Directions
Mix together salad dressing, horseradish and catsup.
Spread on cut sides of bread.
Layer meat loosely.
Top with cheese triangles.
Garnish with tomato and green pepper slices.
Place sandwich on paper towel.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on '6', or until cheese melts.
