Beef Heart Stew Recipe

Directions
1. Split heart open. Remove fat and white tubes; wash heart; cut into 1-inch chunks.
2. In 5-quart Dutch oven over high heat, heat heart and next 6 ingredients to boiling. Cover and bake in a 350°F. oven 1 1/2 hours. Add carrots and celery; bake 1 hour longer or until heart is tender.
