Ingredients

 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
 All purpose flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 16-ounce can whole tomatoes, drained, chopped
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onions
 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled, cut into 8 pieces each
 Water2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon granules
 Paprika1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Granulated Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
 Cayenne pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large plastic bag toss together beef and flour.
2) Transfer the content to a 3-quart casserole.
3) Mix in remaining ingredients.
4) Seal well with plastic wrap.

FINALIZING
5) Place in Microwave at Power Hi for 5 minutes.
6) Reduce to Power 5 and cook further for 70 to 75 minutes stirring 3 - 4 times in between.
7) Cover and let stand 10 minutes

SERVING
8) Serve immediately.
