| 1 to 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut into 3/4-inch cubes | ||
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 16-ounce can whole tomatoes, drained, chopped | ||
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onions | ||
| 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled, cut into 8 pieces each | ||

| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon granules | ||
| Paprika | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large plastic bag toss together beef and flour.
2) Transfer the content to a 3-quart casserole.
3) Mix in remaining ingredients.
4) Seal well with plastic wrap.
FINALIZING
5) Place in Microwave at Power Hi for 5 minutes.
6) Reduce to Power 5 and cook further for 70 to 75 minutes stirring 3 - 4 times in between.
7) Cover and let stand 10 minutes
SERVING
8) Serve immediately.
