Beef Fried Rice Recipe
Once you try this Beef Fried Rice recipe, you will never go for another recipe again. It is served as a delicious Side Dish. Beef is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. Easy eater, Fussy eater. No problem! Ingredients
3/4 lb. extra-lean (90% lean) ground beef
6 green onions, chopped
3 large celery stalks, chopped
8 ounces bean sprouts
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
3 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef in large skillet.
Drain.
Stir in onions, celery, bean sprouts, mushrooms, red peppers and gingerroot.
Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice and soy sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
