Beef Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 3/4 pound | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Steak sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Minced parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1 , crumbled | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a 10 inch skillet, mix together the mushrooms, beef, garlic and onion.
2) Cook the ingredients on a medium flame until the meat becomes brown.
3) Stir the mixture to crumble the ingredients.
4) Drain the drippings from the skillet.
5) Now, add dry mustard, salt, steak sauce, pepper and catsup to the ingredients in the skillet.
6) Cook on reduced flame for some 5 minutes.
7) Season with herbs.
8) Next, add the cheese and stir it until it melts slightly.
9) Remove the skillet from the heat.
SERVING
10) Serve wrapped in tortilla.
