Beef Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 2 teaspoons Beef-Flavor Instant Bouillon | ||
| 1 (1- to 1 1/2-pound) beef top round steak | ||
| 10 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed according to package directions | ||
| Picante sauce, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions for garnish | ||
Directions
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine brand, oil, garlic and bouillon; add meat.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Remove meat from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
Slice meat diagonally into thin strips; place on tortillas.
Top with one or more garnishes; fold tortillas.
