Beef Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lime Juice from Concentrate
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (1- to 1 1/2-pound) flank steak
10 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed according to package directions
Garnishes: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped green onion, shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced ripe olives, guacamole, sour cream, picante sauce
Directions
In small bowl, combine oil and garlic; pour over meat.
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Remove meat from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
Slice meat diagonally into thin strips; place on tortillas.
Top with one or more of the garnishes; fold tortillas.
