Beef Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup REALEMON® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons WYLER'S® or STEERO® Beef Flavor Instant Bouillon
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (1 to 1 1/2 pound) top round steak
10 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed as package directs
Garnishes: Picante sauce, shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced green onions (optional)
Directions
In large shallow dish or plastic bag, combine ReaLemon® brand, oil, bouillon and garlic; add steak.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.
Remove steak from marinade; heat marinade thoroughly.
Grill or broil steak 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until steak is cooked to desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade.
Slice steak diagonally into thin strips; place on tortillas.
Top with one or more garnishes; fold tortillas.
