Beef Cutlets with Gravy Recipe

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 envelope ground-beef seasoning mix
1 tablespoon dry red wine
1/4 pound mushrooms, quartered
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 can (15 ounces) beef gravy
Directions
1. Combine ground chuck, ground-beef seasoning mix and 1 tablespoon dry red wine. Shape into 4 oval patties.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Saute patties 4 minutes on each side; remove from the skillet.
3. Saute quartered mushrooms briefly in the same skillet. Stir in 1/2 cup dry red wine; simmer for about 1 minute.
4. Add canned beef gravy; heat to boiling. Return beef patties to skillet for 1 minute. Garnish with a watercress cluster and a tomato rose, if you wish.
