Beef Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 kilo beef | ||
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp. ground cumin seeds | ||
| Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red chillies | 7 | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1-inch piede ginger | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baby potatoes | 250 Gram, boiled | |
| Onion | 1 Large, minced | |
| Coriander leaves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Few mint leaves | ||
| Green chillies | 4 | |
| Tomatoes | 150 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Grind the chillies, garlic and ginger in vinegar.
Mix together the ground paste, all the spices and beef.
Cover with hot water and cook till the beef is soft.
Remove from the gravy and fry in little oil to a golden colour.
Cut into pieces.
Heat 4 tblsps, oil and add onion and fry till soft.
Add the tomatoes and cook till soft and dry.
Put in the green leaves and chillies.
Mix well and add the gravy.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Put beef and potatoes in a serving plate and pour the gravy on top.
