Beef Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 17-ounce can cream-style corn | ||
| 1 16-ounce can tomatoes, cut up | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups Freezer Ground Meat Mix | ||
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Get ready with the required ingredients. MAKING 2) In a large saucepan, stir together cream-style corn, water, undrained tomatoes, snipped parsley, beef bouillon granules, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and thyme. 3) To the saucepan, add Freezer Ground Meat Mix and then cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or till heated through, stirring continuous or frequently. SERVING 4) Serve hot.
