Beef & Cheese Pie Recipe
Beef & Cheese Pie is an amazingly delicious side dish. Serve this Beef & Cheese Pie; I am sure you will always be tempted to prepare this for every party!
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup catsup
1 can (2 or 3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup (1/4 lb.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon crumbled oregano
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine meat, milk, bread crumbs, and garlic salt in a 9-inch pie pan; pat mixture against sides and bottom of pie pan.
Spread catsup over the meat mixture; sprinkle with mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 450° oven for 20 minutes or until meat is done to your taste.
