Beef casserole with Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained | ||
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1 large-size onion, thinly sliced | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Green beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
1. Place cooked noodles in a lightly greased 8-cup baking dish.
2. Brown beef in a large skillet; remove meat to a bowl; drain all but 1 tablespoon fat from skillet. Saute onion in fat until tender in skillet; return beef.
3. Blend in flour, seasoned salt and lemon pepper. Stir in sliced mushrooms and liquid, green beans and tomato sauce. Spoon mixture over noodles, spreading evenly; sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 30 minutes, or until bubbly-hot
