 2 tablespoons special oil
 Cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
 3/4 pound lean top round
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 1/2 cup julienne-cut green pepper
 1-1/2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage or sliced celery
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet: saute the rice 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Keep warm while preparing the beef.
Cut the beef in very narrow strips and toss with the soy sauce.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet; add the undrained beef; cook over high heat 1 minute, stirring steadily.
Add the onions, green pepper, cabbage and pepper.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Heap the rice on a platter and cover with the beef mixture.
