Directions for preparation:

• Add in the mushrooms.
• Add in the tomatoes and carrots. Stir.
• Add in the red wine. Stir.
• Let it cook till the beef is done.
• For the biscuits mix the whole wheat flour, sea salt and baking powder in a glass bowl.
• Add in the parmesan cheese. Mix.
• Add in the butter. Cover the butter with the flour and mix till the mixture looks like cornmeal.
• Add in the beer to the mixture and stir it a little. Form the dough into small balls and flatten them by hands.
• Place them on a cookie sheet.
• Preheat oven to 400 F and bake for 10-12 minutes.
