 1/4 lb beef boneless round steak, cut into 1/2" pieces
 All purpose flour2 Teaspoon
 Dry red wine2 Tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Sauce1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Dash of ground thyme 1/8" slice medium onion, separated into rings
 Garlic1/2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Mushrooms6 Small

Directions

Coat beef round steak with flour in 21-oz casserole [1-qt casserole].
Stir in remaining ingredients except mushrooms.
Cover tightly and microwave on medium-low (165 watts) 2 1/2 min [5 min]; stir.
Cover tightly and microwave until beef and onion are tender, 2 1/2 to 6 1/2 min longer [5 to 7 min longer].
Stir in mushrooms.
Cover tightly and microwave until mushrooms are tender, 1 1/2 to 2 min [3 to 5 min].
Garnish with parsley and serve with hard roll[s] if desired.
