Beef Bunburgers Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green sweet pepper
1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 to 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
1 In a large skillet cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper until beef is brown and onion is tender. Drain well. Stir in the soup, vinegar, dry mustard, poultry seasoning, thyme, and salt. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
