Directions

Bring to boil the broccoli with broth cube at least 7 minutes, after it€™s cook drain and set aside in a dish.

Medium heat wok, melt the butter, add the garlic, beef tenderloin, black pepper powder, ginger powder, oyster sauce and simmer until beef is tender.

In a circular platter, place beef in the middle surround the beef with broccoli and serve.
