4 to 5 pounds beef brisket
 
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
 
2 medium onions, sliced
 
3 garlic cloves

Directions

Place brisket in roasting pan.
Season with garlic salt.
Place sliced onions and garlic cloves over top of roast.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
