Beef Bourguignon With Mushrooms Recipe

| 4 1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||

| Onions | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 3 cups red wine, preferably | ||

Directions
Melt 5 tablespoons butter in deep casserole.
Add beef cubes.
Cover.
Braise in hot oven (4000) for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, saute mushrooms and onions in remaining butter.
Stir in flour.
Add Burgundy and mix well.
Pour over beef.
Cover.
Return to oven for 30 minutes.
