Beef Beer Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 1/4 to 1 teaspoon ground cloves, depending upon taste | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Beer | 12 Ounce | |
Directions
Mix ground beef, ground cloves, salt, pepper and Accent.
Form into small bails about the size of walnuts.
Brown well.
Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce and beer in separate pan.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain fat from meatballs, add sauce.
Cover; simmer 2 hours.
Serve on toothpicks.
