Beef & Bean Burritos Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 cup enchilada sauce | ||
| Salt | 1 /4 Teaspoon | |
| Refried beans | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Guacamole | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour tortillas | 8 , warmed | |
Directions
Cook and stir beef and onion in skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and salt. Cover and simmer 10 minutes; keep warm. Place beans in another skillet and heat through; keep warm. Serve meat mixture, beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole in separate bowls with warmed tortillas. To assemble burritos, place about 1/4 cup meat filling and 1/4 cup refried beans on each tortilla; top with condiments and guacamole as desired. Roll up burritos to eat.
