Ingredients

 Beef broth3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Barley1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Zucchini1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Lean ground beef1 pound
 Green onion1 , chopped
 Egg1 Large
 Seasoned bread crumbs1 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon savory seasonings Meat Blend
 Vegetable oil1 Teaspoon
 Whole wheat buns4
 1/2 cup alfalfa or bean sprouts
 Tomato1 Medium, sliced

Directions

Cook broth and barley in small saucepan over medium heat until tender.
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients, except oil, buns and toppings; stir until well mixed.
Form into 4 thick patties.
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat.
Add patties and fry 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
