Beef Barbecue Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless beef | 2 Pound, cut into pieces | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, quartered | |
| Ketchup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Hamburger buns | ||
Directions
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind meat and onion into small bowl.
Put meat into heated large skillet and cook until browned, stirring as necessary.
Drain off excess fat.
Assemble Blender.
Put ketchup, water, sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper into blender container.
Cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
Pour over meat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Grind meat and onion into small bowl.
Put meat into heated large skillet and cook until browned, stirring as necessary.
