Beef Barbecue Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 | |
| Butter | ||
| Chuck roast | 3 Pound | |
| 2-10 oz. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms | ||
| Catsup | 1 Bottle (1l) | |
| Dash of tabasco | ||
| 1/2 sm. jar of brown mustard | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Brown onion in butter.
Remove onion.
Cut chuck roast into small pieces and brown well in same butter.
Add onion to meat.
Add meat bone, spaghetti sauce, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, plus remaining ingredients.
Cook 4 to 6 hours.
Add more water if needed during cooking.
Mash with a potato masher and remove bone.
Serve barbecue heated or cold on buns.
Extra barbecue can also be frozen, if desired.
